Scope of Services: Clearly outline the services offered (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing) and specify what is excluded to manage client expectations.
Payment Terms: Define payment structure, due dates, late payment penalties, and refund policies.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect proprietary or confidential information shared during the engagement.
Intellectual Property: Clarify ownership of content and materials created (e.g., transfer to the client upon payment or retained by the agency).
Performance Metrics: Specify how success will be measured and emphasize that results are not guaranteed due to external factors.
Termination Clause: Include provisions for early termination, notice periods, and any associated fees.
Liability Limitation: Limit the agency’s liability for errors, omissions, or performance outcomes beyond their control.
Compliance and Ethics: State adherence to advertising standards and legal requirements.
Amendments: Outline the process for making changes to the agreement.
Governing Law: Specify the legal jurisdiction governing the contract.
Training / Internship
Duration and Commitment: Company will provide the start and end dates, work hours, and if any candidates take more leaves without any permission so that company will not be responsible for the further loss of their training or internship session as per attendance record.
Confidentiality: Interns may need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect company information.
Stipend/Compensation: The internship is paid or unpaid, along with reimbursement policies for expenses and we do not charge any training fee from the candidates accept enrollment/placement fees as per candidate request and interest.
Performance Expectations: Include responsibilities, tasks, and any performance metrics or evaluations.
Intellectual Property: Interns get their internship documents, only if company will satisfy with their attendance, performance, or behavior, work or developed during the internship period.
Termination Clause: Any misbehavior or abuse any employee/trainer at these conditions under which either company can terminate the interns and end the training session.
Code of Conduct: Interns/trainees should follow workplace policies, including behavior, dress code, and adherence to company guidelines.
No Employment Guarantee: It is stated that the internship does not ensure a permanent position at the company or company will decide on the basis of their performance work and behavior.
Health and Safety: Interns/trainees should follow for the workplace safety and liability during the internship.
Training Certification: certificate of completion will be provided upon successfully completing the program.
